WED Summit Abu Dhabi

Mandate
Commissioned by C2 International, the mandate was to design and produce content programming for the World Early Childhood Development Summit (WED), organized by the Abu Dhabi Early Childhood Authority and the National Projects Office. The event convened global leaders around early childhood, family-friendly cities, and innovation.

Approach
From strategic framing to speaker identification and briefing, the work involved shaping the event’s content narrative and flow in collaboration with C2’s creative team and the ECA. The curated lineup brought together experts whose research and leadership bridge science, policy, and community impact. The contribution also extended to the storytelling and flow of the closing session, ensuring coherence between content, scenography, and attendee experience—rooted in C2’s signature approach to creative conferencing.
