Mandate
Across three consecutive editions of C2 Montréal, the mandate evolved from general event management in 2022 to leading programming and speakership in 2023 and 2024. The role encompassed shaping the conference’s content—from curatorial strategy to speaker identification, booking, and on-site execution.

Approach
Collaborating closely with C2’s internal programming and production teams, the work spanned the full content cycle: defining strategic themes in line with the year’s creative direction, scouting and briefing international speakers, and ensuring seamless logistics from ideation to showtime.

Over time, the focus expanded to include narrative flow and on-site coordination, bridging the creative intent behind each session with the operational realities of live production.
